PSW leadership has extensive experience spearheading the new product development for many programs and projects over the past 30 years, working for Bosch Aerospace, Hawker Beechcraft, Global Near Space, Ultra Armoring and Man Lift . The methods and policies, procedures and practices have resulted in great teams following well proven and evolving processes and products realized from high dollar one-off systems to high volume production runs.

From initial customer contact all the way through to end of production life cycle, effective time earned practices have realized very high 'right first time' results. The benefits being happy customers, significant reduction in rework, higher standards and fidelity in repetition,  vast savings in waste materials and labor hours, and invested teams consisting of all participating departments.
