R. Christion Brewer

Colonel Brewer was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. A graduate of historic Little Rock Central High School he has earned degrees from Arkansas Tech University (BA/History), The University of Central Arkansas (MS/Educational Media) and the United States Army War College (MS/Strategic Studies).

A 31 year veteran of the United States Army, (starting in the Field Artillery and ultimately moving into Special Operations for his final 23 years) his numerous duty assignments included command and staff positions in Germany, Korea, Bosnia, Saudi Arabia, Bolivia, Oklahoma (twice), Washington, Arkansas, Missouri, Florida (twice), North Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

After retiring from the military he moved into the field of interscholastic athletics. An assistant coach in many sports he has been the Director of Football operations at Pensacola Catholic High School, the Assistant Athletic Director at Zion Christian Academy (Columbia, Tennessee) and is currently the Director of Football and Basketball Operations at Mt. Pleasant High School (TN).
